| 摘 要： | 通过对现用的一台循环气压缩机行星轮变速器运行事故进行分析,并根据增速器太阳轮、行星轮的齿面接触强度和轮齿弯曲强度的校核数据,提出了齿轮变速器在设备增大负荷后满足功率增加的改造方案。

| Abstract: | Based on the check data of the tooth face contact strength and the tooth flexural strength of the central gear and the planetary gear of the speed increaser,a retrofit project was proposed for satisfying power increase requirement after increasing the load of the gear speed-changer through the operation accident analysis of the gear speed-changer in an in-service recycle gas compressor. |
