摘    要:利用机械合金法制备了Fe2Al金属间化合物,并以此为增强相,以高铝矾土陶瓷为基体,采用弱还原气氛烧结,在1500℃制得Fe3Al/Al2O3复相陶瓷,研究分析了其微观结构及力学性能.结果表明,当加入质量分数4.5%的Fe3Al金属间化合物时,断裂韧性、体积密度和vickers硬度分别达到7.23MPa.m1/2、3.9...

Abstract:Fe3Al/Al2O3 composite ceramic were prepared by weak reducing atmosphere sintering using high bauxite cremic as matrix material and Fe3Al intermetallic componds as strengthening phase which prepared by the methed of mechanical alloying.The Fe3 A1/A12O3composite cremic were synthesized at 1500℃,the mechanical properties and microstructure were investigated.The results show that the frature toughness、volume density and vickers-hardness of matrix creamic composite was significantly improed.When the quality score of Fe3Al intermetallic componds reached 4.5%,the frature toughness、volume density and vickers-hardness reached 7.23MPa.m1/2、3.95g.cm-3 and 776MPa,respectively,which significantly increased compared with general bauxite-based Al2O3 ceramic.The microstructure of the fracture morphology was characterized by SEM,analysising results show that a certain amount of deflection of the existence of micro-cracks,fine grain toughen and reinforcement of intermetallic componds have contribute with the improvement of the fracture toughness of composite ceramics.
