摘    要:建立并验证了利用HPLC检测食品接触材料中双酚A的含量。样品经3%(质量分数)的乙酸溶液70℃浸泡2h,过滤浸泡液于4℃避光保存,HPLC测试。结果显示,双酚A在0.1008~1008.2μg/mL的浓度范围内线性相关系数r2=0.9999,本方法平均回收率为85.78%~98.12%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.97%~1.61%,该方法检测限(S/N=3)为0.038mg/kg。本方法对于食品接触材料中双酚A的含量检测结果准确,操作方便,快捷,满足企业对该项指标的控制要求。

Abstract:To establish and test a method of HPLC for determination of bisphenol A in materials contacted food. Samples were soaked in 3% (mass fraction) acetic acid at 70℃ for 2 hours, Filter soaking solution, under 4℃ and hide from light, was detected by HPLC. The linear range for bisphenol A was 0. 1008 - 1008.2μg/mL, r^2- =0.9999, this method average recoveries of bisphenol A was 85.78% -98. 12% ,RSD% was 0.97% - 1.61% ,and the method's detect limit(S/N = 3) was 0. 038mg/kg. The method for detected bisphenol A in materials contacted food was accurate, sensitive and rapid.
