除草剂2,4-D水相后氯化合成工艺优化研究

摘    要:2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸是一种广泛应用的除草剂和植物生长刺激素,其制备过程为多步有机合成工艺,目前多采用威廉逊醚合成法,但存在有剧毒物质产生、产品含量低、废水量大等问题。本文采用水相后氯化法合成2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸,并对工艺进行了优化研究,减少了污染排放,且目标产物质量好,收率高。研究表明:在苯氧乙酸/水物质的量比1:30,反应温度前低(65℃)后高(85℃),高搅拌强度,氯气过量3%-4%等条件下,粗品外标含量≥95%,进一步处理后产品含量≥96%,游离酚≤0.3%。

Abstract:2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid is a versatile chemical used as herbicide and auximone.Its preparation method is multistep.Now the main synthesis method is Williamson's synthesis process.Shortcoming of it were ones like highly toxic by-producting,low output,large waste water let-out and so on.In this paper,aqueous phase post-chlorination process was used and optimized.Pollutant discharge was lessen,target product quality and yield were higher.Study showed that,in conditions as follow,the ratio of phenoxyacet...
