催化湿式氧化处理兰炭废水的工艺研究

摘    要:采用催化湿式氧化(CWAO)技术处理陕北某兰炭生产企业的兰炭废水,考察了反应温度、氧气分压、进水pH及催化剂投加量等对兰炭废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:将自制CuO-MnO2-CeO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂用于CWAO处理兰炭废水时,随着反应温度、氧气分压、催化剂投加量的增大,CODcr去除率增大;在实验条件下,催化剂的最佳投加量为10g/L,最佳进水pH值=8;T=150℃、P(O2)=1.6MPa、反应120min后CODcr去除率可从湿式氧化的17.3%提高到77.8%。

Abstract:Treating semi - coke wastewater from Shanbei semi - coke enterprise with catalytic wet air oxidation technology. The effects of reaction temperature, oxygen pressure , pH value, catalyst dosage on semi- coke wastewater treatment effect were evaluated. The results showed that with the reaction temperature, oxygen pressure, catalyst amount increasing, CODcr, removal rate rose. Under the experimental conditions, the optimal catalyst dosage was 10g/L, pH = 8 ,the CODcr, removal rate could get 77.8% from 17.3% with wet air oxidation technology when the temperature was 150℃,oxygen pressure was 1. 6MPa,reaction time was 120min.
