浆液搅拌车的轴流泵喷浆流场仿真分析

摘    要:对轴流泵在水煤浆储罐中的工作情况进行了研究,运用流体动力学知识建立了轴流泵工作时储罐中浆液的流体数学模型.进而使用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对整个问题进行有限元求解,并对求得的仿真结果进行分析.为提高轴流泵的搅拌性能和选择合理的参数提供依据.最后针对轴流泵的流量及出口形状对整个流体场的影响做进一步讨论,讨论结果对轴流泵的结构设计有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:The working conditions of the axial-flow pump in the coal-water slurry can are discussed, then the flow math model of the slurry in the can is constructed during the working of axial-flow pump on the ground of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) . The ANSYS software is used to solve the finite element model, and the simulation result is analyzed. It provides the evidences for improving the stirring performance and choosing the reasonable parameters of the axial-flow pump. At last the change of the flow field is discussed by altering the flux and exit shape of the axial-flow pump. The result of the discussion is signifcant in guiding the design of axial-flow pump.
