| 摘 要： | 研究了碱法网化工艺制备聚氨酯(PU)泡沫的配方及工艺参数，并对不同配方及工艺条件制备的网化泡沫进行了性能测试，分析了网化工艺对网化泡沫性能的影响，优化了配方，并对网化效果进行了评价。

| Abstract: | In this paper, method which using alkali to reticulate polyurethane foam was studied and got the sample of reticulated PU foam. After research, the formula and the parameter was determined. Also the factors which influence the properties of the reticulated foam were analysised. |
