| 摘 要： | 一种新型的智能高频脉冲内化成充/放电设备,采用间歇脉冲智能工作方式,化成过程中,电池温升低、效率高、时间短、电池成品质量稳定,一致性好,有效提高了生产效率及产品质量。该设备运行可靠,人机界面友好,易学易用,参数设置正确后,仅需按动一个启动键,充/放电循环全过程自动完成,是电动车类中小密电池内化成的理想充/放电设备。

| Abstract: | A new charging and discharging equipment that utilizes the inner formation technology based on an intelligent high frequency pulse is introduced in this paper.By using an intermittent pulse as the operating mode in formation,there is only a minimal rise in battery temperature.The efficiency is high as the charging time is shortened.The quality and uniformity of the finished products are good.Production efficiency is therefore effectively enhanced.The equipment is reliable and designed to be user-friendly.Once the targeted parameters have been inputted,one only needs to press the start button.It is ideal for the inner formation processing of small and mediumsized VRLA batteries used in EVs. |
