| 摘 要： | 针对近现代建筑使用时间长、不允许采取破损性检测、结构的加固和改造也要求保持建筑原有的风貌和结构形式等限制条件,通过工程实例介绍了近现代建筑基于结构现状的检测鉴定技术。根据鉴定结果提出加固处理方案,满足抗震和使用需求。
