摘    要:在线检测即为在机床上对工件进行测量的测量方法,它具有离线测量方法所不具有的优点.本文针对在线检测中存在的主要问题,对该研究涉及的测点布置、测量路径规划、机床误差补偿、测头半径误差补偿等关键技术进行了研究,分析了各类算法及进一步改善的途径,为检测系统的研发提供了支持.

Key Technologies of On-line Inspection through Contact Probe

Abstract:On-line inspection method is used to measure a workpiece while it is still fixed on a machine tool. Compared with offline inspection, the method of on-line inspection has its advantages. Aimed at the main problems in the on-line inspection system, the key technologies of the system, such as measuring points distribution, measuring path planning, error compensation of machine tools, and probe radius compensation were studied. The related algorithms were analyzed and the improving approaches were discussed, which provides a support for further development of inspection system.
