| 摘 要： | 综述了研究钙钛矿型氧化物的一些成果,通过介绍钙钛矿型氧化物的结构、磁电性质,归纳了该系列材料共同遵循的一些特征.分别对研究钙钛矿型氧化物的掺杂方法、主要的合成方法进行了对比,期望阐明研究出该类型材料的有益方法,以获得性能更优异的材料. |

| Abstract: | In this paper some achievements of the study of perovskite oxides are reviewed.Through introducing the structure,magnetic and electric properties,it is concluded that these series materials have some common features.In addition,the doping methods and the main synthetic methods are compared,which contributes to clarifying the useful method to research this kind of material. |
