| 摘 要： | 本文在实体造型系统上建立了CDZ55消防车整车三维实体模型，并进行了装配干涉检查及运动仿真，在样机试制前，对发现的问题及时进行了修改，减少了新产品研制中的不必要浪费，提高了产品的可靠性，并大大加快了研制进度。另外，有了产品的三维模型，可以很方便进行产品系列化设计、有限元分析、二维绘图等。为企业从二维设计（绘图）转向三维设计做了有益的探索。
