氟灭酸化学研究进展

摘    要:简要介绍了氟灭酸的几种合成方法和分析方法。对乌尔曼缩合法,N-芳基甲酰胺法和间硝基邻卤苯甲酸法的利弊作了比较。分光光度法是氟灭酸的主要分析方法,反相高效液相色谱法将有更多的应用。

Abstract:Synthesis and analysis of flufenamic acid were introduced, and three primary synthetic methods were compared. Specrtophotometry was the primary analytic method for flufenamic acid, but reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography would be much more applied in practice.
