薄层油藏合采层间干扰分析及技术对策研究

摘    要:在薄层油藏开发过程中,油井纵向上大都穿越多个油层,而在油藏合采开发方案决策中,多层油藏合采层位组合主要基于开发油井时的层系划分原则,并没有对多层油藏开采中多层合采的划分方法进行系统、定量的研究,而研究多层油藏合采和分采的技术对策对划分薄层油藏的开发层系和确定单井采油方式具有明显的工程意义。在建立层间无窜流双层模型的基础上。利用数值模拟方法和单因素、正交因素分析方法,获得薄层油藏合采开发层间干扰程度、消除或降低干扰程度的技术对策以及相应的技术图版。实例分析表明,明确合采层间干扰因素及干扰程度,确定合理的技术对策,可指导现场工程人员科学、高效、迅捷地开发此类特殊油藏。

Abstract:In thin reservoirs,oil well usually vertically drills through many oil layers.Commingled production is conducted based on strata division,while the division method for commingled production has not been systematically and quantitatively studied yet,and this study is of engineering significance to division of layer series of development and determination of single well production method.The degree of interlayer interference,technical countermeasures of eliminating the interference and corresponding technical chart for commingled production in thin reservoirs are obtained by using dual model without interlayer channeling,numerical simulation and analysis of single and orthogonal factors.Example analysis indicates that,better understanding of interlayer interference and the degree of the interference and applying proper technical countermeasures are helpful to scientific and efficient development of such reservoirs.
