助浸剂提高钼浸取率研究

摘    要:为了提高难浸钼的浸取率,试验研究了3种不同结构的助浸剂对难浸钼浸取率的影响;为了快速检测钼的提取率,测量了浸取液相对体积质量与浓度以及温度之间的线性关系。实验结果表明:N型助浸剂对于提高难溶钼的浸取率具有十分显著的效果,一次浸取率提高的范围为4~5个百分点;但是,其加入量应当超过临界浓度,才能获得满意的效果。结果还表明:浸取液相对体积质量与浓度之间存在着线性关系,可以用线形方程来表示并可推荐在生产实际中加以运用,具有简便、快捷的功效。

Abstract:In order to enhance the leaching efficiency of molybdenum from ore calcinated molybdenum disulfide , three kind of helper leaching agents have been experimented. By way of rapid analysis of molybdenum in the leaching liqire, relationship between the mole concentration and the specific gravity has been tested. The experimented results have shown that a kind of N helper leaching regent can enhance the leaching efficiency at the range of 4% 5%, but the leaching critical concentration must be higher than 0.8 x 10-4 in the leaching liquor. On the other hand the liner relationship between the mole concentration and the specific gravity exist and may be applied to practice.
