摘    要:针对承钢特殊铁水条件(wV=0.15%~0.25% ,铁水温度为1280~1380℃),通过理论分析,采取N2-O2提钒模式,控制转炉提钒各工艺参数,得到合格钒渣和良好的半钢。生产实践表明,解决了对低钒、高温铁水的钒资源提取,取得良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Under the special hot metal condition in ChengSteel (wV=0.15%-0.25%, temperature of molten iron at 1280-1380℃) and theoretical analysis, the qualified vanadium slag and semi-steel were obtained by taking N2-O2 vanadium extraction mode which controlled the parameters of vanadium extraction by converter processes. The production practice indicated that the low-vanadium extraction from high temperature molten iron was achieved and good economic benefits were realized.
