液压钢包倾翻装置的结构分析与控制

摘    要:针对恶劣工况及作业要求对液压倾翻装置的结构、动作、控制进行了全面详细的探究,对典型液压倾翻装置在实际使用过程中的优缺点进行了深入分析。设计了一种钢包倾翻装置和液压控制系统,解决了倾翻机的卡阻问题,提高了倾翻装置的稳定性、承载能力和适用范围。通过计算和设计优化,解决了系统的发热问题,采用多级保护提升了倾翻控制的安全性能,实现了倾翻装置的稳定和精确控制,降低了设备的使用故障。

Abstract:The structure, movement and hydraulic control of the hydraulic ladle tilting device were analyzed and explored in detail against the bad working conditions and operation requirements, and the advantages and disadvantages of the typical hydraulic tilting device in the process of practical use were analyzed in depth. Then, the ladle tilting device and hydraulic control system were designed, which solve the problem of clamping resistance of the tilting device and improve the stability, bearing the capacity and applicable range of the tilting device. By calculating and optimizing the design, the heating problem of the system was solved. Besides, the multistage protection improved the safety performance of tilting control, realized the stability and accurate control of the tilting device, and reduced the use failure of the equipment.
