基于ANSYS Fluent的超快冷设备管路的优化设计

摘    要:在超快速冷却装备中,供水管路是超快冷设备中的重要组成部分,供水管路的合理布置关系到超快冷设备的换热效率、冷却均匀性以及设备的成本。为了解决超快冷设备中供水管路供水不均匀问题,应用ANSYS Fluent软件进行供水管路内水流的数值模拟计算。在进行某钢厂的管路方案设计时,设计者提出了4种不同的管路设计方案,通过用ANSYS Fluent计算4种方案管路流场的速度和压力云图,最终确定最优的管路设计方案。

Abstract:In ultra fast cooling equipment, water supply pipeline is an important part. Water supply pipeline arrangement is related to the ultra fast cooling heat exchanging efficiency of the equipment, the cooling uniformity and the cost of equipment. In order to solve the problem of uneven water supply pipeline of water supply and ultra fast cooling equipment, the ANSYS Fluent software was applied for numerical simulation of the flow in the water supply pipe line. In designing of the pipeline for a steelmaking plant, designers proposed four different pipeline design schemes. Through the application of ANSYS Fluent computing speed and pressure contour four schemes of pipeline flow, the pipeline optimal design solution was ultimately determined.
