摘    要:芜湖新兴铸管1号1280m3高炉首次采用砖壁合一的薄壁内衬结构。针对薄壁内衬高炉的技术特点,通过采取加强原燃料质量管理、重视上下部调剂、优化布料矩阵、控制合理的煤气流分布、完善冷却体系管理、控制合理操作炉型、狠抓设备点检等措施,高炉各项技术指标明显改善,通过不断地摸索,在薄壁炉衬高炉生产方面取得了一定的实践经验。

Abstract:Wuhu Xinxing Casting Pipe No.1 1280m3 blast furnace adopted the brick- wall thin wall lining structure for the first time. In accordance with the technical features of the thin wall lining of blast furnace, by taking measures such as strengthening the management of the original fuel quality, attaching great importance to the top and bottom to adjust, optimizing material matrix, controlling the reasonable gas flow distribution, improving the cooling system management, reasonable controlling type furnace operation, and vigorous promoting the equipment check, blast furnace technology indicators improved significantly. Through continuous exploration, the company made some practical experience in the thin wall lining blast furnace production.
