摘    要:针对某1220六辊冷轧平整机带钢和支撑辊表面振纹问题,结合1220六辊冷轧平整机振动特点,实施了连续跟踪测试,详细分析了支撑辊换辊周期内各阶段振动频谱,并运用ANSYS对平整机动态特性进行了数值模拟。在此基础上研究发现了不论在平整机处于何种轧制阶段均出现了600Hz的第八阶固有振动为主的异常振动,该振动与工作辊对支撑辊的相对运动相互作用导致支撑辊表面振纹。最后,结合振纹间距与振动源的关系,分析了引起平整机第八阶固有频率振动的原因,提出了振纹控制措施,并取得了较好的控制效果。

Abstract:According to the chatter marks on steel strip of and supporting roll of 1220 six temper mill, continuous tracking test was carried on. Different period of a backup roll Based on analysis of the supporting roll’s vibration spectrum in different period and simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the temper mill with ANSYS tools,it is found that temper mill’s main vibration frequency is 600Hz which is an abnormal vibration named the eighth order natural frequency no matter in the early or normal rolling stages.The abnormal vibration can induce chatter marks on surface of supporting roll in steady rolling stage.At last,based on the relationship of mark spacing and vibration source, the cause of temper mill’s eighth order natural frequency is found,and the control measures of chatter marks are put forward.
