摘    要:针对轴承钢坯料在加热炉加热中存在的问题,通过“黑匣子”(即在钢坯中植入热电偶装置,温度记录仪包在水冷装置内,随钢坯加热后炉外再提取数据)对钢坯实际加热工艺进行了测试,分析测试数据,讨论加热曲线变化趋势,结合现场加热炉实际炉长,对轴承钢的加热工艺进行了优化,改善了带状组织,使碳化物带状级别达到1.0级。

Abstract:Regard of problems of the heating process of bearing steel in reheat furnace, the realistic heating process of bearing steel was tested by the black box. The thermocouple was implanted in the billet, the temperature recorder was placed in the water cooling and data was extracted again after reheating. By analyzing test data, discussing the heating curve change trend and combining the actual length of reheating furnace, the bearing steel heating prosess was optimized, and the banded structure was improved. The banded structure can be controlled below 1.0 grade.
