GCr15轴承钢精炼渣成分预测模型

摘    要:根据相关热力学数据,并结合炉渣结构的共存理论,通过GCr15轴承钢的化学成分,计算出渣钢反应达到平衡时的炉渣成分。计算结果与实际生产数据基本一致,根据本模型计算结果,实际生产当中,控制钢液中的w[Al]s=0.01%~0.03%,溶解w[Ca]=0.00003%~0.00005%,溶解w[Mg]=0.00002%~0.00004%时,溶解氧质量分数在0.0005%以下。精炼渣成分大致为w(CaO)=50%~60%,w(MgO)=2%~4%,w(SiO2)=10%~25%,w(Al2O3)=10%~35%,FeO和MnO质量分数接近于0。

Abstract:Based on the thermodynamic data and the coexistence theory of slag structure, the slag components can be calculated when the reaction between slag and molten steel is balanced according to the chemical composition of GCr15 bearing steel. According to the calculating model which is almost the same with practical results, controlling the dissolved aluminum content with 0.01%- 0.03%, the dissolved calcium content with 0.00003%- 0.00005% and the dissolved magnesium content with 0.00002%- 0.00004%, the dissolved oxygen content will be under 0.0005%. And the corresponding refining slag components are approximately as follows: w(CaO)=50%- 60%,w(MgO)=2%- 4%,w(SiO2)=10%- 25%,w(Al2O3)=10%- 35%, concentrations of FeO and MnO are nearly zero.
