摘    要:立式连续热处理炉快冷段混合气的氢气含量,对换热系数和带钢温度有很大的影响,体现了冷却气体物理性质与换热系数和带钢温度之间的关系。在其他条件相同而氢气含量不同的条件下,对带钢传热状态进行分析,利用冷却设备几何结构、努塞尔数与换热系数的关系,得到带钢瞬时冷却温度计算公式,为生产及工程设计提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:The content of H2 in gas gives a big influence for convection transfer coefficient and temperature of strip in rapid cooling section of vertical continuous annealing furnace. The situation explains the relation between physical character of gas, transfer coefficient and temperature of strip. The heat transfer character of gas and strip was studied, the change of convection transfer coefficient and temperature of strip was analyzed. It calculates convection transfer coefficient and cooling temperature of strip with different content of H2 in gas, applied relations of equipment configuration parameters, Nusselt number and convection transfer coefficient of gas. The calculating method can offer certain basis for production and designing engineering projects.
