紫外分光光度法测定工业用三聚氰胺的含量

摘    要:采用常温超声水溶解法溶解工业用三聚氰胺,在波长250 nm处,以水为参比,建立了紫外分光光度法直接测定工业用三聚氰胺含量的方法。三聚氰胺的质量浓度在0.05~1.50 mg/mL内与吸光度呈线性关系,样品测定值(n=6)的相对标准偏差为0.26%;与国家标准《工业用三聚氰胺》(GB/T 9567-2016)中苦味酸法的测定结果基本一致。所提方法适用于工业用三聚氰胺的快速进货验收、中控检测及生产线成品检验等。

Determination of Content of Industrial Melamine by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

Abstract:Using the room temperature ultrasonic water dissolution method to dissolve industrial melamine, at a wavelength of 250 nm with water as a reference, the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method of directly determine the content of industrial melamine is established. When the mass concentration of melamine is in the range of 0.05-1.50 mg/mL, a linear relationship with absorbance is found, and the relative standard deviation of the measured value of the sample(n=6) is 0.26%;this measurement result is consistent with the measurement result using the picric acid method specified in the national standard "Melamine for industrial use"(GB/T 9567-2016). The proposed method is suitable for many applications, such as rapid incoming inspection and acceptance of industrial melamine, central control inspection and finished product inspection on production lines, etc.
