铁水包加盖设备改造实践

摘    要:介绍了铁水包加盖设备在首钢京唐公司的应用实践,铁水包加盖可以减少铁水在运输过程中的温度损失,加盖后比加盖前平均温降减低17.4℃,达到了预期目标。铁水包加盖基本可以实现全程的铁水红包运行,加盖后对空包散热起到了较好的抑制作用,减少温降对耐火材料的侵蚀,铁水包加盖后铁水包平均寿命有了较大幅度的提升,可见铁水包加盖对耐火材料寿命的提高效果显著。

Abstract:The application practice of the capped iron ladle at Shougang Jingtang company is introduced. The capped iron ladle can reduce the molten iron temperature loss by 17.4℃ on average during the transportation and the expected goal is achieved. The capped iron ladle can realize the hot ladle running throughout the transport. Since the capped iron ladle provides a better insulation protection for the empty ladle heat, the refractory erosion caused by the temperature drop can be reduced, thus the average life of the iron ladle has been greatly improved. Clearly it has an obvious effect on the refractory life improvement.
