基于铁合金余热发电双压系统的技术应用

摘    要:基于铁合金矿热炉立式双压余热发电系统,介绍了国内外部分技术应用案例及发展现状,详细地分析了国内立式锅炉双压系统、单压系统,卧式锅炉系统以及清灰技术的优缺点,并根据实际情况提出了推荐方案。同时结合工程实例提出了实施过程中遇到的问题以及解决方案,并对推荐方案进行了经济效益分析。最后对该行业前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Based on the ferroalloy submerged arc furnace vertical dual-pressure waste heat power generation system,some technology applications and the development situation at home and abroad were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of vertical dual-pressure system,single pressure system, horizontal boiler system and ash cleaning technology were analyzed in detail. And according to the actual situation,the recommended scheme was proposed. Meanwhile,the problems that encountered in the implementation of the scheme and the corresponding solutions were put forward combined with an engineering example. And the economic benefit of the scheme was also analyzed. Finally,the development prospect of this industry was forecasted.
