摘    要:发动机第2级压气机离心叶轮测绘设计时选择了2Cr13锻件材料,该转子部件在工作过程中,叶片多次出现了裂纹并掉块,损坏了发动机,影响了飞行安全。在对离心压气机工作应力和振动特性分析的基础上,将2Cr13锻件的材料冶炼方式、成分控制以及热处理工艺等做了进一步优化设计,并通过试验得到了2Cr13锻件使用工况下的最佳热处理工艺制度,提出了2Cr13锻件故障排除的具体解决方案。

Abstract:The forging material 2Cr13 is selected to design the second compressor centrifugal impeller of a certain engine. In the working process, the blades of this rotor part flaw, which damages the engine and influences the safety of flights. Designed the smelting method, composition control, and heat treatment process of 2Cr13 stainless steel on the basis of analysis about working stress and vibration performance of the centrifugal compressor. Additionally, obtained the optimum heat treatment process system of 2Cr13 and propose solutions for removing breakdowns of 2Cr13.
