摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对轧机承载辊缝变形的仿真,分析轧机轧制力、弯辊力及工作辊窜辊对承载辊缝的凸度影响程度,结合现场机架间带钢的浪形,优化二级板形模型设定参数,实现轧机稳定轧制。实践证明,人工修正轧机负荷分配以及CVC轧辊位置,可更好地控制前机架比例凸度,满足后机架间平直度目标的要求,从而提高板凸度的命中率及轧机轧制的稳定性。

Abstract:To analyze the influence of rolling force, bending force and CVC shifting position on the crown of loaded roll gap, a special simulation model was established by using ANSYS software. According to the shape wave of hot rolled strip between mills, setup parameters of Level 2 profile and flatness control model were optimized to make rolling process stable. Practice had proven that manual intervention to mill load distribution and the shifting position of CVC work rolls, could be better for optimization of upstream stands’ proportion crown and the downstream stands′ strip shape wave, thereby enhancing the hit rate of strip crown and rolling stability.
