摘    要:自DOCOMOMO组织提出“现代建筑遗产”的概念并对其进行保护后,在国外已经取得了丰硕的成果。文章将DOCOMOMO“现代建筑遗产”的保护理念与国内“文物保护单位”保护体系结合研究,分析“现代建筑遗产”保护理念的启示,并结合昆明地区的保护实例,指出《文物保护法》在保护“现代建筑遗产”中的局限性,最后从“完整性”、“可读性”、武汉保护法规的启示与马德里文件中的相关规定等方面探讨了中国“现代建筑遗产”的保护策略。

Abstract:Since the concept of "modern architectural heritage" had been raised up by DOCOMOMO, great successes on architecture conservation have been achieved oversea. This paper combined the DOCOMOMO "modern architectural heritage" conservation concept and the domestic "relic protection site", analyzed the enlightenment of "modern architectural heritage" system and found out that the limitations in the “relic protection law”. The conservation strategies of "modern architectural heritage" in China had been discussed from the aspects of the "integrity", the "readability" and the inspiration of Wuhan and Madrid documents.
