摘    要:硅钢冷轧过程中遇到孔洞缺陷经常断带,为了保证轧制状态平稳,经过分析孔洞缺陷导致断带的原因,结合森吉米尔轧机先进的板形控制技术,提出板形目标曲线动态设定控制方法,并成功应用到20辊森吉米尔轧机上。试验结果表明,板形目标曲线动态设定控制方法对减少缺陷断带,稳定轧制状态具有非常显著的效果。

Abstract:It is common that during the rolling process, there would be broken belt when hole defect appears. In order to ensure a smooth rolling state, the causes of defects broken belt holes was analyzed, combined with advanced Sendzimir mill flatness control technology, proposed plate- shaped curve dynamically and set the target control methods, and successfully applied to the 20- roll rolling mills. Experimental results show that the plate- shaped curve of the dynamic target set- off control method has a very significant effect on reducing defects and keep a stable rolling state.
