| 摘 要： | 地下室渗漏水和潮湿严重影响其正常使用功能，防水除湿是地下室工程改造中一项复杂的系统工程，应当根据实际情况进行具体分析，采取综合技术进行处理，仅靠堵漏难以取得满意的效果。文章论述的在沿海某地下室改造工程中应用的防水除湿综合技术，能够为类似工程提供参考依据。
