摘    要:针对三维复杂槽型铣刀片槽型优化问题,进行了铣削温度和铣削力试验及其有限元分析,以铣刀片耦合场最优为优化目标,建立了槽型参数多目标优化数学模型,利用遗传算法求解了固定切削参数和给定约束下的优化槽型参数。仿真计算结果表明,槽型优化后的铣刀片耦合场明显优于其它槽型参数下的铣刀片耦合场,为铣刀片三维复杂槽型的重构提供了依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of groove optimization of milling insert with 3D complex groove, the experiments about milling force and milling temperature and the finite element analysis have been done. Regarding coupling field of milling insert minimum as the objective of optimizing, mathematics model of multi-objective optimization of groove parameters has been built, and optimizing groove parameters on fixed cutting parameters and given restriction based on genetic algorithm have been solved. The emulation results show that coupling field of milling insert after groove optimization is better than the field with other groove parameters, which provides technical support for the groove reconstruction of milling insert with 3D complex groove.
