| 摘 要： | 管理类课程对土木工程专业学生能力的培养具有不可替代的作用 ,然而目前管理类课程并没有发挥出其特有的作用 ,针对这一情况 ,提出了适应新时代要求的教学内容和方法 ,将传统的单纯灌输式教学改变为互动式教学 ,以更好地培养学生的创造能力和解决问题的能力

| Abstract: | For civil engineering students, the management curricula have the unique place in abilities training. However, they do not develop their function in practice. In this paper, the teaching content and method of the management curricula meeting the new requirements of the society are put forward, which substitute the interactive teaching for the traditional feeding type teaching to bring up the creative ability and problem solving ability of students. |
