| 摘 要： | 介绍无调节辊完全直进式拉丝机控制系统的组成、控制原理和主要信号的处理方式,实践检验证明该控制方法达到钢帘线、焊丝高速连续拉拔的生产要求,可以替代有调节辊的直进式拉丝机,减少断丝率和日常维护,提高生产效率。

| Abstract: | To introduce the composing, control principle and treating mode of main signal of the control system of entirety straight line wire drawing machine without tuning roller. Practical inspections show that the control method can reach the production requirements of high speed drawing steel cord and welding wire, it can replace the straight line wire drawing machine with tuning roller, reduce wire breaking rate and ordinary maintenance, raise production efficiency. |
