高炉环保除尘工艺

摘    要:宝钢在高炉建设时根据产生灰尘和烟尘源的大小,设置一定能力的通风除尘设施;在烟气产生量最大的炉前作业区域铁口前设置一次除尘设施,在区域上方设置二次除尘设施。强调在生产过程中需要对除尘点进行动态风量分配调整,针对宝钢多年来除尘设备使用和管理的问题,提出了较详细的改进意见。目前宝钢高炉出铁场、原料焦矿槽环境降尘年平均小于3 mg/m3,远低于10 mg/m3的国家环保标准;高炉分厂环境降尘量平均小于13 t/(月.km2)。

Abstract:Baosteel equipped blast furnace(BF) with proper ventilation and dedusting facility according to dust generation volume.In casting house,the intensive dust generation area,a primary dust collecting device is arranged right before the tap hole,and a secondary dust collecting device above that area.It is important that the sucking capacity at different dust collecting points should be dynamically adjusted.According to the operation and management of dust collecting equipment,some suggestions were proposed in detail for improvement.At present,the average dust content in the air of casting house and stock house is less than 3 mg/m~3,far below the state environmental control limit of 10 mg/m~3.The dust sedimentation is less than 13 ton per square kilometer around BF plant.
