| 摘 要： | 在运营商ICT转型和“医改”背景下，文章提出了针对医疗信息整合和管理的电信业务平台。在电信业务平台的基础上，提出将私有格式信息转换为符合HL7标准的公有格式信息，以解决异构系统间信息转换的难题。在不同抽象层次模型的控制下，HL7标准能够确保信息格式具有高度的一致性和稳定性.

| Abstract: | Under the background of information communication transformation and health care system Reform, this paper proposes a communication service platform used to integrate and manage medical information. Based on this communication service platform, a method which transforms private-fbrmat information to public- format information conforming to HL7 standard is presented. This method can solve the problem of information transformation among heterogeneous systems. Under the control of model with different abstract level, HL7 standard insures infnrmation format with high consistency and stability. |
