摘    要:根据柴油机供油压力波的信号特征,提出了使用加权时域同步平均提取整周期供油压力信号的方法;考虑到柴油机运行过程中各监测参数的波动性及其概率分布的不可知性,采用Bootstrap方法对正常状态的监测参数进行估计,确定监测参数的上下量限,实现了对柴油机供油系统的状态监测与故障诊断。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the signal of oil pressure wave, the paper presents the weighted synchronous time average method and a whole period of oil pressure signal was extracted. Considering the fluctuation of monitoring parameters and the unknowability of probability distribution during the operation of a diesel engine, the bootstrap method was also adopted to estimate the monitoring parameters in normal status accounting for the variability and the unknowability of the probability distribution. With the bootstrap method, the upper limit and lower limit of each monitoring parameter was determined and the status monitoring and fault diagnosis of the fuel supply system of the diesel engine were thus achieved.
