| 摘 要： | 本文以十个省市的建筑业为对象,对建筑业的竞争力进行比较分析.研究工作在三个层面上展开,即初步和直观的比较分析、基于波特的"钻石理论"的比较竞争优势分析和基于建筑业竞争力指数(CICI)的分析.研究结果表明,目前我国还没有一个省市达到"建筑强省"的标准.按照当前的现状和发展趋势,浙江、江苏和山东最有可能率先实现这一目标.

| Abstract: | Taking 10 provinces and/or municipalities as objects the competitiveness of the construction industry is analyzed. The research is conducted at three levels: a priliminary and intuitional comparison, the comparative advantage analysis based on Micheal Porter's Diamond Therory and the analysis based on Competitiveness Index for Construction Industry (CICI). It is concluded that at present there is no so-called powerful province/municipality in the construction industry and that according to the status quo and the tendency of development, it is most probable for Jangsu, Zhejiang and Shandong Province to be the first to achieve this goal in China. |
