剩余污泥与化学污泥性能的比较及其混合处理

摘    要:以某污水处理厂二级氧化沟工艺处理产生的剩余污泥和二级处理后的污水再进行中水处理工艺中产生化学污泥等性能进行了比较,并对两者进行混合处理的混合比与沉降效果的关系进行了研究;实验研究发现:剩余污泥和化学污泥性能差距较大,当剩余污泥和化学污泥混合比越大,混合污泥的沉淀浓缩效果越差。

Abstract:To study the feasible of combined disposal of residual and chemical sludge and the best combination ratio,the residual sludge was produced from the secondary oxidization ditch process and chemical sludge was obtained from the reused water treatment process in a same sewage treatment plant, and researched the relationship that the sedimentation efficiency and the different combined ratio when two kinds of sludge combined ratio.It show that they have difficult characteristics between residual and chemical sludge,and when the ratio of residual and chemical sludge is high,the combined sludge has weak efficiency of sedimentation and concentration.
