摘    要:用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷对Al2O3-SiO2-TiO2陶瓷薄膜作表面改性。乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷通过乙氧基与薄膜表面的羟基反应而结合于薄膜表面。表面基团含量随处理时间延长而线性增加,提高温度和有机物浓度都使表面基团的含量提高。偶联剂在复合薄膜表面枝接后以单体形式存在,互不交联。

Abstract:Surface grafting of vinyltriethoxysilane on the Al2O3-SiO2-TiO2 ceramicmembraneswere reported. Vinyltriethoxysilane was grafted on membrane surface by oxo-bridging while reactionoccurred between ethoxyl groups of vinyltriethoxysilane and surface hydroxyl groups of the membranes.Number of grafted molecule increased with modification temperature and vinyltriethoxysilane concentration, and it grew linearly with modification time. Moreover, no cross-linking occured among thegrafted agents on membrane surface.
