无缝钢管定减径过程的有限元模拟计算

摘    要:根据某厂11机架定减径机组轧制工艺,建立了无缝钢管定减径过程的三维热-力耦合有限元模型,分析模型考虑了多种这界条件.通过计算研究了N80级无缝钢管定减径前温度对定减径后的壁厚偏差、外径偏差的影响.结果表明,定减径温度对钢管的壁厚偏差影响不大,而对外径偏差影响较大;随着定减径温度的升高,钢管的外径偏差逐渐降低.
