大线能量低焊接裂纹敏感性钢性能及组织研究

摘    要:设计并研究了一种60kg级大线能量低焊接裂纹敏感性钢,试验结果表明,对本研究钢种而言,Cr和B不是理想的合金化元素,钢中Ti/N比接近理想化学配比时组织细化,提高了钢材的强度和韧性,试验钢理论的使用组织为回火索氏体。

Abstract:Synopsis This paper introduces the development of a new grade steel of 60?kg with low susceptibility to welding crack in the condition of high heat input welding. Main results of the research are described as follows: Cr and B are not the ideal micro-alloying elements for the steel; In cast the ratio of Ti/N in the steel nearly equals to its stoichiometric ratio of 3.42, a finer grain microstructure features the steel, resulting in higher strength and toughness; Tempered sorbite can be considered the ideal microstructure of the steel.
