摘    要:对催化裂化过程SOx、NOx生成机理进行了分析。SOx、NOx主要是由原料中的硫化物和氮化物形成的。对于非完全再生催化裂化装置,烟气中的NOx还有少量是由CO焚烧炉产生的。SOx助剂和NOx助剂是在催化裂化再生过程中将烟气中的SOx和NOx转化成H2S和N2。中石化洛阳工程有限公司有多个SOx助剂和NOx助剂进行了工业应用,认为助剂是降低催化裂化烟气SOx、NOx排放的有效手段之一。

The commerical application of reducing SOx and NOx emission from fluidized catalytic cracking regenerators with additives

Abstract:Production mechanism of SOxand NOxin fluidized catalytic cracking is analyzed. SOxand NOxin flue gas are mainly formed by sulphide and nitride of feedstock,and for partial regeneration fluidized catalytic cracking units,some of NOxin the flue gas is generated in the CO boiler. SOxand NOxin the flue gas are transformed into H2 S and N2 during the catalytic cracking regeneration by SOxand NOxadditives. The series of SOxand NOxadditives owned by SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation have come into industrial application and are considered as one of effective methods to reduce the emission of SOxand NOxfrom FCC.
