水气射流通风试验研究

摘    要:试验设计的水气射流装置主要由集风器、射流管、水箱、高压水泵闸阀、供水管路、喷嘴及相关测量仪器组成。采用控制变量法进行实验研究,把水气射流装置的影响因素如入口水压、喷嘴口径、喉管长度分别作为自变因素,依次控制其中一个自变因素的变化,保持其它因素不变,测量应变因素吸风量的变化。试验结果表明:入口水压对吸风效果有很大影响;选择短喉管可以达到最佳的通风效果;选用实心螺旋喷嘴的吸风量最大,空心螺旋喷嘴的吸风量次之,直流喷嘴的吸风量最小。

Abstract:Designed primarily water vapor jet experimental was mainly composed by the wind,the jet pipe,the tank,the high pressure pump valve,water pipes,nozzles and related measuring instruments.Control of variables was used in the experimental study,the influence factors such as inlet water pressure,nozzle diameter and the pipe length of the water and gas jet device were regarded as the independent variable factors respectively,which in turns controls a change in the independent variable factors to keep other things being equal,the changes of the strain factors suction volume was measured.The short pipes was selected to achieve the optimal ventilation in practical application,and when the solid spiral nozzle was used,the maximum amount of suction was got; the suction volume of the hollow spiral nozzle was followed and,suction amount of the DC nozzle was the minimum.
