电站锅炉低温烟气脱硫脱硝装置技改及运行实践

摘    要:介绍了江苏王子纸业电站循环流化床锅炉脱硫脱硝技改工程情况,本项目是在锅炉引风机出口新建了一套脱硫脱硝装置,外排烟气达到国家重点地区排放标准。本装置无需对含电收尘器在内的锅炉系统做任何修改,主要特点是脱硝系统入口烟气为低温烟气,属于非常规路线的工程改造方法和实践。设计脱硫效率大于或等于97%,脱硝效率大于或等于78%,除尘效率大于或等于40%,脱硝浆液全厂回用。

Abstract:A desulphurization and denitration technical innovation project for power plant circulating fluidized bed boiler in Jiangsu OJI Paper Co.,Ltd. is introduced. A new set of desulphurization and denitration device was constructed at the outlet of the boiler's draught fan,with the emitted gas achieving the emission standards applied to the key area in China. The boiler system including the electrostatic precipitation was not reformed,the main characteristics of which was the inlet flue gas was at low temperature,belonging to an unconventional route and practice,with the design desulphurization efficiency over 97%,denitration efficiency over 78%,collection efficiency over 40%,and disposed seriflux for recycling in the plant.
