煤矿井下空调蒸发器对流传热特性试验

摘    要:对恒定控制制冷剂R407C工作温度为9℃、额定制冷量为45k W条件下的蒸发器进行了模拟矿井条件湿空气的对流传热试验。研究结果表明:蒸发器的制冷量随进口空气温度的升高而增加,随进口空气相对湿度的增加而增加;出口空气温降随进口空气温度的升高而增加,随进口空气相对湿度的增加而缓慢降低;对流传热的Nu数随Re数的增加而增加,随进口空气相对湿度的增加而降低。

Abstract:The convection heat study of the evaporator that simulated mine conditions of wet air is tested that constant control of the operating temperature of the refrigerant R407 C 9℃ and rated cooling capacity 45 k W.The study shows that the cooling capacity of the evaporator increasing with air inlet temperature and inlet air relative humidity.Simultaneously,the heat transfer effects is increasing with the inlet air temperature increase,and decreasing slowly with the inlet air relative humidity.The Nusselt number of convective heat transfer is increasing with the Reynolds number increasing,and decreasing with the inlet air relative humidity increasing.
