基于自由端口通信的减震器多频试验台测控系统

摘    要:分析了控制系统的程序设讦及数据通信的实现.以多频减振器试验台为应用背景,阐述了西门子S7-200 PLC与VB之间的自由端口串行通信编程原理.最终,控制系统完成了对减振器多频试验台的控制.实践证明,本测控系统工作可靠、稳定,上下位机通信数据运行良好,无错误码.

Abstract:By the application background of multi frequency test system for automobile shock absorber,the communication between S7-200 PLC and VB based on free port mode was described.The programming of control system and the realization of data communication were analyzed.The control of multi frequency test system for automobile shock absorber was carried out by system.The practice proves that,the system is stable and reliable in performance,operation of data communication between upper and lower computer is good,and has not error code.
