裂解汽油一段加氢镍基催化剂的性能评价

摘    要:以吉林石化裂解汽油为原料,模拟吉林石化工业装置工况,在500 mL绝热评价装置上对LY-2008B与HTC-400催化剂进行了600 h活性及稳定性对比考察。结果表明:在相同的工艺条件下,LY-2008B催化剂加氢活性及稳定性优于HTC-400催化剂,具有广阔的工业应用前景。

Abstract:Using the fraction of pyrolysis gasoline from Jilin Petrochemical Company as the feedstock under simulated industrial working conditions,a comparative study on 600 h activity and stability of LY-2008B and HTC-400 catalysts was carried out in a 500 mL adiabatic unit. Results showed that the activity and stability of LY-2008B were better than that of HTC-400 under same process conditions. So LY-2008B would have a well industrial application prospect.
