管线断裂失效分析及完整性评价

摘    要:主要从材料断裂方面进行分析,对不同厚度的X70管线钢紧凑拉伸试样进行断裂韧性试验,然后进行试验分析:验证了X70管线钢平面应变断裂韧性K_(IC)与试样厚度的关系;管线在工作条件下产生结构性失效的主要形式有断裂和塑性失效,本文采用断裂力学与塑性极限载荷结合的评定方法即失效评定图的方法对X70管线钢试样进行完整性评价.

Abstract:The relationship between K_(IC) and the thickness of specimens was investigated experimentally by using X70 pipeline steel CT specimens with different thickness and assessment in the theory on the facet of fracture toughness.The primary failure modes of the pipeline at working were fracture and plastic failure .The integrity of X70 pipeline steel specimens was investigated by using the failure assessment diagram which was on the basic of the theory of fracture mechanics and plastic limit load.
