| 摘 要： | 针对相似产品生命周期特征的相似性，阐明了产品制造模式与生命周期特征之间的映射关系。根据知识化制造理念，讨论了制造模式选择的自学习问题。提出了近似匹配和二次匹配两种算法，使现有产品的生命周期特征与知识库中已有相似产品的特征数据相匹配，进而为制造模式的选择提供决策依据。给出的算例证明了该种方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | According to similarities between the Product Life Cycle (PLC) characteristics of similar products, the mapping relationships between manufacturing patterns and PLC characteristics were illustrated. Based on the concept of Knowledgeable Manufacturing, the self-learning of manufacturing pattern selection was discussed. Two algorithm methods for approximate matching and re-matching were proposed to match the characteristic values of a new product with those of a similar one in the knowledge base to choose a proper manufacturing pattern for the new product. The application of the methods verified its effectiveness. |
